Ten dollar per night discount will be applied for an
extended stay of seven nights or more.

Deposit - Refund - Payment Policies
**
To GUARANTEE room, guests are required to send full amount
for one night reservation.
**
For three or more nights, a two night deposit is required.
**
Deposits must be received within seven days after the
reservation is made or reservation will be canceled.
**
Confirmation via email will be sent upon receipt of deposit. |
We gladly accept
travelers checks, MasterCard or Visa.
The
balance is due on the day of arrival.
**
If it is necessary for you to cancel your reservation, we will
gladly refund your deposit, less a $35 cancellation fee, as long
as we receive notice at least 14 days prior to your
arrival.
**
With a last minute cancellation, we will refund your deposit, less a
$35 cancellation fee, if we are able to rent your
room(s) to another party for the length of your original reservation.
** There is a $20/hr housekeeping fee if extensive cleaning
in the room is required. This is beyond normal use.
** We are a smoke free facility.
PETS
$10 charge per pet per night.
Guests are responsible for conduct of, and damage done by pets.
Pets are not allowed in the kitchen nor are they to be left alone in
the room.
Arrival and Checkout
Check-in: 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.
For late arrivals, make arrangements in advance.
Check out time is 10:30 a.m.
